Although new to this site, we've been hosting guests at our family cabin for years, and they love us. (We love them too.)
DO YOU ALLOW LONG-TERM STAYS?
Maybe, kinda, yes and no. Here's the thing: there are a lot of scammers out there, and this is our family cabin. So in general, no, we won't approve a stay longer than 13 days. And if we do that, we might require our cleaner to come clean - at guest expense - after 7 days. We also do not allow any mail delivery, and monitor the electric bill. Why? Scammers and crypto-miners. But it's always worth asking. It's a lovely place to stay, so we get it. But long-stays require extra security and scrutiny because there are jerks out there.
